WHAT’S INCLUDED

To ensure speed, quality, and consistency at high volume, our full service catering menu is intentionally focused.

*Baja fish tacos and churro items require fryer access and are only available with the taco trailer.*

Service Setup

By default, large-scale events are serviced using our mobile taco cart, which features live trompo cooking and an interactive guest experience. The cart can be used indoors or outdoors (venue permitting) and operates quietly.

Events requiring fryer access or expanded equipment will utilize our taco trailer, which requires a generator and serves food from a service window. Final setup is confirmed based on menu selection and venue requirements.

PRICING & MINIMUMS

Full-service catering requires a $2,000 minimum food spend.

​​

This minimum is designed for large-scale events that require on-site service, professional staffing, and live taco service.

​

Final pricing is built around total taco count, protein selection, sides, and add-ons. Once the $2,000 minimum is met, additional tacos can be added as needed to accommodate guest count and flow of service.

​

The $2,000 minimum typically aligns with approximately 350 street tacos, depending on menu selections and add-ons.

​

HOW PRICING WORKS

Full service catering pricing is built around a base minimum, with tacos added based on the size of your event.

​

Once the minimum is met, additional tacos can be added as needed to accommodate guest count and flow of service.

​

This approach allows us to:

  • Maintain speed and consistency at high volume

  • Staff appropriately for your event

  • Scale service without sacrificing quality

 

Final taco counts and menu details are confirmed during the booking process.

TRAILER & EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS

Full service catering may require additional equipment depending on the menu selection.

  • Events featuring Baja fish tacos or churro items require fryer access and must utilize our taco trailer

  • The taco trailer requires a generator and serves food through a service window

  • A $500 trailer fee applies when the trailer is required

 

Unless otherwise requested, large-scale events are typically served using our mobile taco cart, which features live trompo cooking and a more interactive guest experience. Final setup is confirmed based on menu and venue requirements.

TRAVEL & LOCATION

Events located outside of our standard service area may be subject to an additional travel fee.
Travel fees are based on distance, setup requirements, and logistics, and are quoted during the booking process.
