What You’ll Be Running

The front counter POS (fast, accurate, no panic)

The drive-thru (clear communication is everything)

Order flow during rushes (you help set the tempo)

Customer experience from first hello to last “have a good one”
You’re the first impression.
Hours (Read This Carefully)

Our service runs 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM
-
The core hours we need coverage are 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
-
Part-time and full-time shifts available

Availability during that window is required

Flexibility to work an occasional opening shift (7:00 AM start) is a plus

Showing up on time and ready is part of the job — always

Pay + Tips (Because This Matters)

Hourly pay is based on previous experience

Everyone starts with a 30-day trial period

After 30 days, you can earn your way into tip pooling ( our customers tip well )

Tip pool is performance-based, not automatic
